In order to reduce the sulfur emission, it is required that at the lowest possible temperature, the flat vulcanizing machine or at least sulfur in the melting point of sulphur. According to the requirements of the use of rubber products, sulfur in the soft rubber of the dosage is generally not more than 3%, in the semi-rigid gum used in general about 20%, In the hard glue vulcanization condition The dosage can be up to 40% above.
